Terms for Complaints and Right of Withdrawal

Below are our terms for complaints and the right of withdrawal. If you have any questions or need assistance, you are welcome to contact us at info@printshape.eu.


1. Complaints

  • Contact us first
    If you discover an error or defect in a product, please email us immediately at info@printshape.eu. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear description of the issue.

  • Approval required
    Please wait for our approval before returning the item. We follow applicable consumer protection legislation when making our assessment.

  • Time limit
    The complaint must be submitted as soon as the defect is discovered.

  • Our assessment
    We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not considered defective under applicable consumer legislation. When handling complaints we follow the guidelines of The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).


2. Right of Withdrawal

  • 14-day right of withdrawal
    You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The period is counted from the day after you have received the product.

  • Exceptions
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

  • Condition of the product
    The product must be unused, undamaged and packed in its original packaging with all accessories, labels and any manuals in order to be considered in saleable condition.

  • Unclaimed shipments
    Not collecting a package does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal.

  • Return shipping
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The package can be sent either directly to our address or to a pickup point.

How to proceed

  1. Notify us
    Send an email to info@printshape.eu or contact us in another way and inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  2. Return the item within 14 days
    Send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us that you want to cancel the purchase.

  3. Pack the item
  • Place the item in the original packaging.
  • Then use an outer box or padded envelope to protect the item during transport.
  • Avoid writing directly on the original packaging.

Label the package
Clearly with your name and order number so that we can identify your return.

  • Refund
    Once we have received and inspected the return, the case will be processed within 3–10 business days. After that, the refund will be approved via the same payment method used for the purchase.


3. Important regarding the condition of the product and refunds

  • Original packaging
    Must not be damaged. If the item or its packaging is returned in a condition other than saleable, a deduction of at least 30% of the product value may be made from the refund.
  • Right to refuse
    We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item or its packaging is not in saleable condition.
