PrintShape, part of KMS Group AB org. no. 559450-7468 ("PrintShape" or "we"), sells 3D-printed parts to private individuals and businesses in Sweden. The products we sell are listed on our website www.printshape.eu.
These terms of purchase ("Terms") apply when PrintShape sells products to you as a private individual.
Prices
At PrintShape all prices are in Swedish kronor and are stated including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. Reservations are made for items that are out of stock.
Payment
PrintShape accepts payment via Klarna and Stripe.
Through these you can choose between several payment methods such as invoice, installment payment and card payment.
We also accept payments with:
PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link, Revolut Pay, iDEAL, Blik and Bancontact.
In case of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be charged as well as interest on overdue payments of 24% + the applicable reference interest rate.
For questions regarding payments, reminder fees or interest, please contact the respective payment provider (Klarna, Stripe or other selected service).
Delivery
At PrintShape we produce all our products ourselves, and many of our products are printed only when you order them. We aim to ship the product within 1–3 working days after the order.
We ship throughout Sweden. Shipping prices from 49 SEK. Goods are delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. Your goods are shipped with PostNord.
NOTE: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup point and you will be notified. If problems occur, contact customer service.
Goods are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1–3 working days after the order. Special delivery conditions apply to certain products. These conditions will be clearly stated before purchasing such items.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Swedish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to material and/or manufacturing defects. You may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must notify us within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. PrintGrip will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You take physical possession of the last product, in the case of an agreement for several different products ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several shipments.
- You take physical possession of the last batch or last part when it concerns delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- You take physical possession of the first item in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. Notification must be made by email to info@printshape.eu. In the message you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a clearly personal character.
- Sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which by their nature become inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
- Completed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if the execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, magazines or journals except subscription agreements for such publications.
- Contracts concluded at a public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
You must return your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs related to returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the item from the time the item is delivered until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may test the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase you may only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item when we receive the return. To receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.
